9 out of 10 people who suffer cardiac arrest outside the hospital die. In most of those cases, bystander CPR was not performed. But we can change this.
Cardiac arrests happen at work, in homes, on athletic fields and in neighborhoods everywhere, and the readiness of our community can be the difference between life and death.
It's time to unite, take action, and save lives. Every dollar donated, means more people trained in lifesaving CPR, more research and more lifesaving moments for everyone. Together, we can turn bystanders into lifesavers.
I Walk to Save Lives. Help me reach my goal today.
I am passionate about leading a Heart Walk team year after year because this cause is deeply personal to me. I have been a participant for over 10 years, walking in honor of my Mom, whose journey reminds me every day of the importance of heart health, early education, and community support. Each step I take is also for the countless survivors, families, and loved ones we remember along the way.
Leading a Heart Walk team allows me to turn love, loss, and gratitude into action. It gives me a platform to raise awareness, inspire others, and create a space where people feel connected to something bigger than themselves. Over the years, I’ve seen how this walk brings hope, honors lives, and fuels progress—and that impact keeps me coming back.
My continued commitment is driven by a belief that together we truly can save lives. As long as there are stories to honor, hearts to heal, and futures to protect, I will proudly lead and walk.
