All vehicles entering Belle Isle must have a Michigan Recreation Passport. Michigan residents may purchase an annual pass for $15; out-of-state visitors can buy a $12 day pass at the entrance booth (cash and major credit cards except AmEx). To avoid delays, we strongly encourage participants to purchase their passports in advance at the Belle Isle Park Office or the Secretary of State.
