Use these tips to eat smarter and live healthier!
March is National Nutrition Month and the perfect time to remind you that a healthy diet is one of the best ways to protect yourself from heart disease and stroke.

Eating healthy isn't difficult, and you don't have to sacrifice the food you love. We'll help you learn how to make informed choices about what you eat. And, with your support, we'll help underserved families and communities access nutritious food and cook heart healthy, too.

Please join us in honoring National Nutritional Month by spending a few minutes watching this video about the value of a well-stocked pantry. It features our friends Toby Smithson, a registered dietician nutritionist, and cooking instructor Carol Ritchie.

Then, as you're stocking your own pantry at home, here are 5 Easy Ways to Find Healthier Options at the Grocery Store. Your health means a lot to us, and we want to help you make smart food choices to live happier and healthier!
