On November 16, 2018, Deborah Pickhardt passed away unexpectedly due to complications from heart surgery. This has been a loss to her family and friends which goes beyond words. Loving mother, cherished daughter, treasured sister and faithful friend, Debbie was a selfless and giving person who had a kind word for everyone. She lived a life of love and service, including a long career serving the needs of at-risk children and adolescents as a Psychiatrist at the Western New York Children's Psychiatric Center in Buffalo, NY. Debbie was an unfailingly gentle and kind soul who was adored by all those who knew her. The picture above was taken one week before she passed away, showing Debbie's radiant smile and her proudest achievements, sons Nathaniel and Matthew, by her side. While our hearts are broken at her untimely loss, we celebrate her life and the lasting and loving impact she had on us all.
