Carol Ann Robichaud, 69, of Mesa, Arizona, entered into rest on March 16, 2019. She passed peacefully after her long battle with several serious medical conditions.

We have set up this tribute page in Carol's honor to help support the American Heart Association & American Stroke Association’s efforts to fight against heart disease and stroke - America's No. 1 and No. 4 causes of death. Carol, beloved mother of Scott (Mary) Robichaud and Laurene (Jeremy) Shindledecker. Nana Carol cherished her grandchildren Eden, Kyle and Brookelynn and was happiest when she was with them, especially when ice cream was involved. Carol was the sister of the late Charles Maghakian and the late Ruth Smith (survived by Gordon) and was a loving aunt, great aunt, cousin and lifelong friend to many.

Although born in Massachusetts, Carol’s military family called several places home. Married to Edgar in 1968, they raised their family in Massachusetts and enjoyed spending time at the family cottage in New Hampshire. After moving to Arizona, Carol worked for many years at Scottsdale Healthcare and took great pride in her role as manager of the Cardiac Rehabilitation program. In her role, she also coordinated several heart walk fundraisers for the American Heart Association.

Carol is remembered as a caring and compassionate soul who always put the needs of others ahead of her own. She loved sunshine, sandy beaches, dolphins and the sounds of the ocean. She was always the life of the party, loved dancing, music and spending time with friends and family. She will be missed by all.
