Goal
The Healthy for Good 5k training program is a 12-week training program to prepare for the Capital Region Heart Walk & Run on Sunday, June 2nd.
The training program starts the week of March 10th with two sessions to choose from, Monday or Thursday.

- From there you will follow the prompts and we will reach out to welcome you to the program.
Each organized run will be led by a running coach and running mentors, who will provide instruction about running technique and proper stretching methods. Each participant will receive a training schedule to complete for the remainder of each week.
