2019 Tucson Heart Walk
Saturday, April 27, 2019
Life is why we walk.
Thanks to all our walkers, donors and volunteers who have accepted the challenge to help fight heart disease and stroke. We cannot achieve our mission without each one of you!
Don't wait for the Heart and Stroke Walk to get out and get moving! There are many easy ways to start getting your walk on and encouraging others to join you. Get out on The Loop for a walk, run, or ride. Take a hike up Tumamoc Hill or find one of the many family friendly cycling events in Tucson and get out for a ride.
A good starting goal is at least 150 minutes a week, but if you don’t want to sweat the numbers, just move more!
Volunteer at the Tucson Heart & Stroke Walk
We are looking for volunteers to help us make the event a success. We have 4 time slots available, so if you or someone you know is looking for a way to serve, sign up today!
By participating in the Heart Walk, you’re joining a million Heart Walk Heroes from across the nation raising funds for lifesaving science. Science that can teach us all how to live longer and be Healthy For Good.
Take a few minutes to consider the lives you are going to help change for the better through your leadership and donations. We’re talking more moms, dads, brothers, aunts and babies' lives saved. Help keep hearts everywhere beating. Let’s take steps together to cure heart disease and stroke.
