Corporate Recess @ Playa Vista
Join us for our first ever Playa Vista Healthy For Good Corporate Recess and Heart Walk Event
Location: Central Park
Address: 12405 E. Waterfront Dr., Playa Vista, CA 90045
Event Date and Time: Thursday, October 18th, 2018 - 11a.m.-1p.m.
The American Heart Association is kicking off a brand new event experience, specifically geared towards the working professional. We could all use a break, much like the ones we fondly remember from elementary school, where we get some much needed time away from our desks to relax and have fun. This event will feature activities to get you up and moving, but also share tips and tricks that you can use every day, at work, to keep your body and mind healthy. We know how difficult it is to find time to focus on yourself, so we're here to help.
Parking is limited and we encourage carpooling or walking from your office!
