Hello friends and family,
On Sunday, October 13th, 2019 I will be running in the Chicago Marathon. I am especially motivated because my love for running will benefit a worthy charitable organization, The American Heart Association.
The American Heart Association is dedicated to building healthier lives, free of cardiovascular disease, and stroke through research funding and educational programs.
Most people know someone close that was affected by heart disease or stroke. In my case it was my father who passed away in November 2017 from congestive heart failure. I will be running in his honor and committing to raise $1,750 for the American Heart Association. I am asking for donations to help reach my fundraising goal. Any amount would be greatly appreciated and know that it will go to a great organization that will continue the fight against heart disease and stroke.
For those who wish to donate $50 or more and would like to sponsor one of the 26 miles in honor/memory of someone special in their life, please email me at email@example.com which mile you would like to sponsor and who it is we'll be paying tribute to.
