This past October, my grandmother Jo, had a heart attack and emergency triple bypass surgery that turned into a quadruple bypass mid surgery as one of the stints didn’t take. This was the scariest and most helpless feeling I’ve personally ever felt. This feeling of helplessness has inspired me to run the Chicago Marathon with some of my teammates at Running Iron Performance and for a good cause.
I’m running to raise $1,500 for the American Heart Association in honor of my grandmother being a survivor of heart surgery and a heart attack.
Any help is greatly appreciated and please spread the word!
Thank you for supporting American Heart Association and again, Your contribution is greatly appreciated.
