My Story

Please help me save lives with the American Heart Association!

I am participating in my school’s Kids Heart Challenge to support healthy hearts and lifesaving research. This cause is especially meaningful to me. My Pa-Pa Petey always had a strong desire to support the American Heart Association after our family experienced a personal need for their work. His heart for helping others left a lasting impression on me.

As a child, I was always passionate about raising funds for causes that matter, and that passion continues today. Now, as a teacher, I am able to support my school and students by helping lead efforts like the Kids Heart Challenge. Last year, I raised over $300, and I am excited to continue building on that impact.

Through the Kids Heart Challenge, I am learning and teaching others how to keep our hearts, brains, and lungs strong, how to save a life with Hands-Only CPR, how to recognize the warning signs of a stroke, and healthy ways to manage stress.

I am really excited to be part of this and hope you will consider donating to help save lives.

Thank you so much for your support! ❤
