Please help me save lives with the American Heart Association!
I did not write all of this, but my Mom and Dad said it sounds really good (and they are both really smart).
In 2023 I was the number seven kid fundraiser in my state. In 2024 and 2025 I was the number one kid fundraiser in South Carolina! But even cooler than that was how awesome it was to see so many of you help the American Heart Association!
Last year, I visited the MUSC Children's Hospital to meet the people who save lives everyday. I also met kids just like me who are fighting really hard. They really are just like me and my friends, they are just in the hospital and have to get a lot of operations.
So here is what this is all about. I’m participating in my school’s Kids Heart Challenge and raising funds to help everyone have healthy hearts. I’m also learning things like how to keep my own heart, brain and lungs strong, how to save a life with Hands-Only CPR, the warning signs of a stroke and ways to de-stress (I think all of these things are important - I did write that part).
