The Kids Heart Challenge is a fun new activity just for kids at this year's Heart & Stroke Walk! Kids Heart Challenge is a 1/4 mile obstacle course for children ages 5-12. The cost is $10 per child, and each participating child will receive an event super hero cape.
Lifestyle Change Award
The American Heart Association wants to recognize individuals who have made positive changes to improve their quality of life and health, and influenced those around them to do the same. No change is too small; every accomplishment is significant and should be celebrated!
Nominations can be submitted by friends, co-workers, relatives, or individually. One winner will be chosen by a selection committee and announced at the Greater Portland Heart & Stroke Walk on Saturday, May 20, 2017. Click Here to Nominate!
