I am not just walking. I am Heartwalking. I have walked at least 3.7 miles everyday for 458 consecutive days as of November 2, 2017. I have learned to eat a mostly Mediterranean style diet. I have lost over 30 pounds and have kept the weight off. My participation in the Philadelphia Heart Walk promotes fun ways to be physically active and make healthier food choices every day.
