Important Update:

Working together with our city officials and volunteer leaders, we have decided to proceed with the 2017 Alachua County Heart Walk scheduled for this Saturday, September 23rd at Santa Fe College.

We are inviting everyone out to support the American Heart Association’s efforts to improve the community’s overall health and well-being and to build healthier lives, free of cardiovascular diseases and stroke.

Those affected by Hurricane Irma in our surrounding communities are in our hearts and we and urge everyone to offer their support of those still facing hardships. We encourage all Heart Walk participants to visit  www.heart.org/hurricaneresources  to find information that may help someone you know.

We look forward to being with you on Saturday.
