PHYSICAL ACTIVITY IS KEY TO HEART HEALTH - Bring-a-Ball to the Heart Walk
The American Heart Association recommends kids get 60 minutes of exercise everyday. Sports help make this goal easier to achieve, but many children in the Indianapolis area don’t have access to equipment.
Join the American Heart Association and Niantic in helping get equipment to these kids. We’re asking all walkers to consider bringing a new sports ball to the Indianapolis Heart Walk. Any kind of ball will do, even playground balls. Niantic will then distribute these balls to kids in low-income neighborhoods.
