Barbara Scuccimarra has lived in Putnam County her entire life. She has been married to her husband, Judge Thomas Scuccimarra, for 46 years and raised two children in Garrison. Barbara has devoted the last ten years to public service. As a small business owner and through her work volunteering with various organizations, she gained the experience she needed to serve as a member of the Philipstown Town Board for four years.
