Cancellation Policy

Refunds will be made only if written notice of cancellation is received prior to Friday, March 20, 2020 12:00 Midnight Pacific Time to Sandeep.Gill@heart.org. A $40 processing fee is charged for all refunds. Cancellation requests received after this time will not be refunded. No refunds will be issued until 7-10 days post event.
