Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here, let me tell you why.

I’m walking (and coaching this team of hearty heros!) in the American Heart Association Heart Walk because heart and cardiovascular disease are ever present in our communities, near and far. There are no bounds it cannot reach and serve as constant reminder that 1) knowing your numbers from blood work 2) listening to your body 3) fueling your body with nutrient food all have the power to save your life among so much more.

My why is clear…

• to be here and healthy for my children and loved ones 
• to live a full life not held by fear of heart health
• to increase health equity by being the ‘beat’ for knowledge and awareness
