Team Brinley Ray

We walk for our daughter, Brinley.

She is strong. She is resilient. She is mighty.

At age 2 we took Brinley in for a routine ER visit because she had a nasty cough. During that visit they did a chest x ray and discovered she had an cardiomegaly (enlarged heart). After we met with a cardiologist and they did an echo he came in and explained to us that her heart was only beating at an ejection fraction of 25% and that she was in stage B heart failure. We were rushed up to Cleveland Clinic Children's PCICU and she was immediately started on heart medications. She was diagnosed with Dilated Cardiomyopathy. This is going to be a marathon for us and her moving forward so please come help us support our Brinley Ray!
