We walk in memory of my sweet son, Carter, who passed away last year at the age of 3. Carter's time with us was far too short, in those three years he filled our lives with endless love, laughter, and joy. He was brave, strong, and full of light - a little boy who left a big imprint on every heart he touched. 

 

Walking in the Heart Walk is my way of honoring Carter's beautiful life and carrying on his legacy. Each step I take is for him - for the strength he showed, the joy he brought, and the love he gave so freely. 

 

We walk not only to remember Carter, but also to bring hope to other families. By supporting the American Heart Association, we honor his memory while helping to advance research, raise awareness, and one day prevent other families from experiencing this kind of heartbreak. 

 

Though Carter is no longer here beside us, his heart will always walk with us.
