The Women's Board of the American Heart Association proudly supports the Greater Washington Region through their annual "An Affair of the Heart Luncheon and Fashion Show".  This annual event raises funds aimed at reducing heart disease and stroke. Together, we are a relentless force for a world of longer, healthier lives.

Heart disease and stroke impact people in very personal, life-changing ways. Bold moves, and dedicated researchers and volunteers, have resulted in significant medical advancements over 100 years. We haven’t done it alone. We reach our goals working with organizations and individuals who share our vision for better health. Our campaigns unite supporters with a shared purpose to raise the critical funds we need to ensure our work continues. It's not just about the resources we give, the dollars we raise, or the fun we have.
