We are the volunteer team from Moments Hospice, a group of compassionate individuals dedicated to bringing comfort, dignity, and companionship to patients and families during life’s most meaningful moments. From offering a listening ear and holding hands, to supporting families and engaging patients through music, art, or quiet presence — our volunteers are the heart of our mission.

As a team, we serve patients across the Cedar Rapids area and beyond, meeting people where they are with kindness, empathy, and love. Whether visiting someone at home, in a care facility, or helping behind the scenes, each volunteer plays a vital role in making every moment count.

We’re thrilled to be participating in CycleNation — not only to raise funds for the American Heart Association, but also to spend meaningful time together as a volunteer family. This event is a fun opportunity for us to bond, move with purpose, and support a cause that aligns with our shared passion for health, compassion, and community.
