This year's Heart Walk will be the biggest ever. While you celebrate with us, you'll also join 1 million walkers from across the nation as we all move as one.
Take a moment to consider your impact. You will keep hearts beating. The hearts of moms, dads, brothers, aunts and babies. And this year's donations will help fast track COVID-19 research and train front-line workers while we continue the fight against heart disease and stroke.
Nothing unites us like doing good together
Heart walk has always been about coming together, getting hearts pumping, honoring survivors, raising lifesaving funds – and having fun along the way.
The Hays and Caldwell County Heart Walk is back, and you won't want to miss it! We are bringing you a one-of-a-kind experience to join together with friends, family and colleagues to get moving and focusing on improved health, all while helping to defeat heart disease and stroke. We’re individualizing the experience with custom routes to help maintain social distancing, and we’ll be rolling out an activity challenge so that your team can get involved the entire month leading up to Heart Walk Day. The Heart Walk has always been about how teams come together in week’s leading up to the event – and that has not changed!
Throughout the month, we will be sharing resources to ensure that you can bring the beat of the Heart Walk to any location. Make sure everyone on your team is registered so they do not miss out on the details coming soon! Then, “lace up” and walk where you are, with us Anytime from April 21st - May 21st. Get ready to raise your heart beats as you raise funds at a local Heart Walk trail near you!
