THIS PAGE IS DEDICATED TO OUR LOVED ONES. Our beloved family members who had passed and survived Heart Disease & Stroke.
My dad survived 2 strokes during his mid 50's.2021, with little time to spare, He was flown out via helicopter to the nearest facility to perform his heart surgery. A code blue was called just moments after I arrived to hold my Dad for the last time & sadly today Im still grieving his passing. Im hoping this walk will help me get closer to healing with family & friends who understand coping, moving on & surviving pain.
This will be my 1st walk & a sentimental one with my family... but if you would like to join so you can walk for a loved one or just for yourself, please come join us && Its a family friendly, pet friendly environment!
*** We are walking together - not only for our own health, but also for yours. And for the health of our parents, our children, and our grandchildren.
The Heart Walk is a time of celebration, joy, and inspiration. It's also an event where people work together to support one single goal - to create a world free of heart disease and stroke.
