According to the AHA, cardiac arrests can happen anywhere and anytime. Plus, 9 out of 10 people who suffer cardiac arrest outside the hospital die, and bystander CPR is not performed in most of those cases. We need to turn bystanders into lifesavers! The readiness of the members of our community can be the difference between life and death. Every dollar donated means more people trained in lifesaving CPR, more research, and more lifesaving moments for everyone (Heart Walk 2025).
