Did you know that 1 in 5 women will experience a stroke in their lifetime? I certainly didn’t—until it became my reality.
I’m a certified Spinning instructor with a passion for fitness and well-being, which has been an essential part of my life. My dedication to maintaining physical fitness played a significant role in my survival after experiencing a stroke, reinforcing my belief in the power of a healthy lifestyle.
One of my greatest passions is empowering individuals to embrace an active lifestyle and prioritize their health. As the founder of My Stroke of Hope, I’m dedicated to educating people on how to be the Chief Health Officer of their lives, fostering a proactive approach to health and wellness.
Through engaging spinning classes, motivational workshops and informative presentations, I hope to inspire others to set and achieve their fitness goals while promoting a holistic view of health. I use commitment to fitness and health advocacy to make a positive impact on the community, helping others recognize the importance of staying active and resilient.
Together, we have the power to stop the cycle of stroke.
