Almost every one of us knows someone who has been affected by stroke and heart disease - which claim far too many lives. Now is our chance to make a difference! I work everyday closely with these patients for the last 6+ years of my life. I am there from from time they come in as part of acute stroke team to getting them to rehab on the medical floor as a floor nurse.
