CycleNation Madison is more than a cycling event—it’s a movement that unites local businesses, community leaders, and neighbors to take a stand against stroke and heart disease. Every 40 seconds, someone in the U.S. has a stroke, and heart disease remains our nation’s No. 1 killer. These aren’t just statistics—they represent lives changed, families impacted, and stories that inspire our mission in Dane County and across Wisconsin.

Hosted at one of Madison’s premier concert venues, CycleNation delivers the thrill, lights, and energy of a live show—on a stationary bike. Together, participants and sponsors power lifesaving breakthroughs in research, advocacy, prevention, and treatment. We ride to honor those we’ve lost, celebrate survivors, and invest in a healthier future for generations to come.

Up to 45 teams will join this relay-style ride, each with up to 8 participants raising a minimum of $2,500 per team in support of the American Heart Association | American Stroke Association. No cycling experience required. Whether you’re riding for fun or competing for titles like Top Fundraising Team & Individual, Top Mileage Team, or Most Spirited Team, every pedal stroke and every dollar raised brings us closer to a world free from stroke and heart disease.

At CycleNation Madison, with each push of the pedal, we’re connecting hearts, minds, and bodies for one purpose—to save lives.
