Check-In
Please allow time to check-in. Upon check-in, you'll receive your bike number, two (2) drink tickets, and your *Finisher Medal or Top Rider Medal. If you have not filled out your waiver beforehand, you must do so at check-in.
*Raising $100+ qualifies you to receive the Finisher Medal. Raising $1,000+ qualifies you to receive the Top Rider Medal and VIP treatment!
Refreshments
Water and a variety of healthy appetizers will be available to registered riders. All registered riders will receive two (2) drink tickets at check-in which may be redeemed for complimentary beer. A cash bar will be available for all non-registered riders and to purchase additional alcoholic beverages with cash or credit card.
Additional Information
We encourage riders to arrive in their athletic gear. Limited dressing rooms will be available for changing. The bikes are equipped with dual/two-sided pedals so you can clip in with SPD cleats, or you can wear any sort of athletic shoes and use the cages.
This is a fun, casual ride! There are instructors, but you can also go at your own pace. Your team can determine the heat order in which you ride. Come ready to show your team spirit (costumes & company colors encouraged)!
There will be awards for the team with the most funds raised, longest distance, and most spirit!
When not riding, you can bid on exciting items at our Silent Auction, partake in Brain Games, visit the Tribute Bike to honor stroke survivors and pay tribute to loved ones, stop by the Spirit Station to get ready to cheer on your team, grab a drink and bite to eat, and explore a variety of onsite health & wellness vendors booths!
