On July 22nd, just a few weeks ago, I lost my big brother to a sudden, massive heart attack. He was just 60 years old. Almost every one of us knows someone who has been affected by stroke and heart disease - which claim far too many lives. I've been grateful to work for the American Heart Association for the past 20 years, but never more so than now.
