Welcome to Team Sharkriders! My name is Marissa Alanis, and I’m participating in Cycle Nation to raise awareness about the importance of heart and brain health and to advocate for continuous research that needs to be performed to understand more about stroke, stroke detection, and stroke treatment.

More importantly, I’m participating in support of Casey Barnett, an amazing TruFusion Instructor who inspires me and so many others every day with his enthusiasm, positivity, energy, and commitment to fitness.
