We, the Cabral Family, are participating in the American Heart Association & American Stroke Association’s Tribute Program on behalf of loving husband and father, Carlos Cabral.
Ten years ago, Carlos suffered a stroke. However, he fought and recovered with virtually no deficits. Three months ago, Carlos suffered another stroke. Once again, he fought and recovered, this time with some deficits. Two weeks later, he suffered a massive stroke which left him severely disabled. He was unable to move the right side of his body, he could not talk or communicate in any way, and he was on a feeding tube. Even after this, he fought every day not only with the deficits caused by the stroke but also with his heart disease. Unfortunately, he suffered a fourth stroke and passed away on May 15th, 2021.
Carlos loved life and he loved people. On behalf of him, we are asking for help to raise awareness and critical funds to help the fight against heart disease and stroke. Heart disease is America's No. 1 cause of death, and stroke is America’s No. 4 cause of death.
If you have the means, please consider a tax-deductible donation to the American Heart & Stroke Association Tribute Page for Carlos. You can make your donation online by clicking the donation link. Any amount helps. We are grateful for your support.
