Chalam had a heart of gold. She fought a long, difficult battle with heart disease for many years. A battle that was very scary, confusing and overwhelming for her. Heart disease often goes misdiagnosed and can lead to many other health related issues, including vascular dementia, which she also suffered from the past few years. A truly heartbreaking condition. Sadly, we had to say our final goodbye's to our wonderful mom and grandma. Chalam passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving children and grandchildren early this Mothers Day.
