Briana leads EY-Parthenon’s Turnaround & Restructuring practice for the Americas. For over 20 years Briana has helped executives and their boards address significant challenges in their businesses. Briana has extensive cross border experience, leading global turnarounds and having spent time in both the Canadian and US restructuring practices. Briana also currently serves as the EY-Parthenon New York Office Co-Leader.
She is a passionate and transparent leader who is focused on developing high performing and diverse teams. Briana is also a staunch advocate for women’s rights and women’s access to healthcare. Like so many, Briana has had several immediate family members impacted by heart disease and therefore is very keen to raise funds, spread awareness and help bridge the gender gap.
Finally, Briana is a proud Canadian New Yorker who during her down time can often be found at MSG cheering on the NY Rangers (unless they are playing her beloved Maple Leafs)… And as any hockey fan knows, that certainly requires a strong heart!
