I'm proud to be part of a community of changemakers committed to improving the future of women's health.
As a women's wellness coach and fascia practitioner, I see every day how deeply connected the heart is to everything else in the body. Heart health isn’t just about preventing disease, it’s about energy, mobility, resilience, and the ability to fully live your life. When the cardiovascular system is supported, women move more freely, recover more easily, and feel stronger in every season of life.
Yet cardiovascular disease remains the No. 1 killer of women.
Through the American Heart Association’s Go Red for Women® Woman of Impact campaign, we have an opportunity to change that.
For far too long, women have been underrepresented in research, overlooked in testing, and underserved in treatment. Many women are taught to care for everyone else first, often ignoring the early signals their own bodies are sending.
But real change happens when women are informed, supported, and empowered.
Together, we can raise awareness. We can advocate for better research and access to care. And we can help women understand that protecting their heart is not just about longevity, it’s about preserving their strength, independence, and quality of life.
This movement is about more than wearing red. It’s about standing together and committing to a healthier future for women everywhere.
