Heart disease is far too common in the community I love. I’ve seen close friends, family, and loved ones—both young and old—lose their lives or suffer life-altering consequences, impacting their quality of life. No one should lose their life while being active and often times just doing what they love. I’m on this journey to raise awareness and help create solutions for those trapped in medication dependence and sedentary lifestyles.”
