I am excited for this opportunity for the American Heart Association’s Teen impact campaign alongside Jonah and the rest of my team. I am passionate about the impact that we are going to make this year on helping people with Heart disease. I have seen many people have issues for the rest of their lives or even die with a heart disease or stroke. I am committed to help raise money to fund groundbreaking research to help heart disease patients. I am also committed to helping people see the signs of stroke or heart problems. If we are able to see the signs and act quickly, the survival rate with an implantable cardioverter-defibrillator is close to 90%. Even without this and knowing CPR, the survival rate is Even without going to the hospital, we can do our part to understand the signs of cardiac arrest and use the defibrillator that we need to install more places, we can save some lives.
Cardiac Arrest and many other problems affects too many people nowadays and we can do our part to help stop it. This could include
Donating to help fund groundbreaking research
- Educating friends and family about healthy living and how to do enough to try your best for it to not happen to you
- Ensuring access to great healthcare for all people
- Help make policies that help all people in the community
I am here on the behalf of my team and the American Heart Association to tell you to
