We know heart disease can be largely prevented through simple, informed lifestyle changes and proactive care - things like understanding personal risk factors, managing blood pressure, being physically active, and making heart-healthy choices. Yet awareness gaps persist, especially among younger women and women of color.
This year, our team - ImpactHER - is committed to changing that.
We stand for:
✨ Education, so women know the facts and can protect their hearts.
✨ Empowerment, so every woman feels confident asking questions and advocating for her health.
✨ Longevity, because a woman educated about prevention is a woman who can live longer, fuller, more purposeful years.
For our mothers, sisters, daughters, friends, and ourselves - we're not just raising awareness. We're building a movement where every woman is equipped with the knowledge, confidence, and support she needs to live a heart-healthy life.
Because when women are educated, empowered, and supported - we impact not just individuals, but whole communities.
