This year, I’m committing to raise funds and awareness for the American Heart Association because women’s health matters—my health matters. As women, we tend to put everyone else first. We take care of our families, our jobs, our communities… and often forget to take care of ourselves.
Supporting this cause is my way of saying: I matter. I am important. My health deserves attention.
I’m doing this for myself and for all the incredible women in my life—my family, friends, coworkers, and every woman who has ever put herself last. Heart disease is the No. 1 killer of women, yet so many of us don’t talk about it, don’t prioritize our own health, and don’t realize the risks until it’s too late.
By raising funds, I hope to empower more women to put their well‑being first, to get informed, to get screened, and to support each other. Every contribution, big or small, helps save lives and fuels research, education, and community programs that directly impact women.
Thank you for helping me champion this cause. Your support means the world—to me, and to all the women we’re fighting for. ❤
