Welcome to my Women of Impact Donation Page!
As a full-time working mom and co-host of the Brooke & Jeffrey in the Morning radio show, Brooke knows the struggle of trying to prioritize your own health while simultaneously caring for your family. It's easy to let everyone's needs come before your own....but the repercussions can literally be deadly. Heart disease and stroke kill more women than all cancers combined and it's time to end that. That's why Brooke is so passionate about spreading awareness and education about how a heart healthy lifestyle can change everything. And there's no better way to get the message out than by teaming up with friends! Brooke has asked her co-host Alexis to be a co-ambassador! Alexis is a former collegiate runner turned radio host. She is thrilled to be on board and as the radio show's resident Gen Zer, ready to spread the word that the sooner women start living a heart healthy lifestyle the better!
Brooke is proud to be on a team of changemakers making a real impact on the state of women’s health! Cardiovascular disease is the No. 1 killer of women. The American Heart Association Go Red for Women movement’s Woman of Impact campaign is working to change that. We’re raising much-needed funds for Go Red for Women and working to improve the health of our communities - to ensure every woman has an equitable opportunity to live a long and healthy life.
This challenge is personally important to Brooke because she has seen the devastating effects heart disease has on the women we love. Now Brooke is fighting back against women’s greatest health threat. Why? Because losing even one woman is too many.
We are fighting for better representation in medical research. Fighting for equitable access to care and treatments. Fighting to spread lifesaving information to our sisters.
It’s not just about wearing red. It’s not just about sharing heart health facts. It’s about all of us making a commitment to stand together with Go Red for Women in the fight for heart-health equality.
The time is now. When we take a stand and work together, real change is possible. Are you with us? To support Brooke's campaign, click the Donate button.
