Over the last few years, my daughter Kessa has been experiencing heart-related symptoms - racing pulse, lightheadedness, etc. We're working through the process of getting a diagnosis and trying to figure out what's actually going on. She's an ambitious girl who dreams big, and having health issues has been hard on her. But she's turning outward instead of inward, and I'm so proud of her for it.
Kessa is participating in the AHA's Teen of Impact program, raising funding for heart wellness and research. I hope you'll join me in supporting her campaign.
The American Heart Association supports research, education, advocacy and access to care for a variety of heart-related issues. Your support powers this mission.
Your gift isn't just a donation, it's a lifeline. It's more than CPR training in schools, healthier meals in communities and new research that will save lives. Every donation fuels lifesaving work and builds stronger, healthier communities.
