The American Heart Association’s mission is personal to me in a way that is difficult to put into words.
Heart health has shaped so much of my life, and it has shown me just how important research, advocacy, education, and access to care truly are. It has also shown me how much hope can come from knowing that people are willing to stand up, speak out, and invest in a healthier future.
That is why I’m proud to participate in Leaders of Impact. I’ve spent years using my voice to advocate for heart health in my community and beyond, and I know that real change doesn’t happen because of one person—it happens when people come together and decide that something matters enough to fight for.
