I walk for me, knowing I need to work on my own health.

I walk in memory of my mother who died of congestive heart failure.

I walk in memory of my grandmother who died of a heart attack when I was 7.

I walk for you as we are all tied to heart disease and stroke in some way.

We have to change that.
