Hello friends and family.
Yes I'm back again for my 22nd Boston Heart Walk.
Join me in supporting the American Heart Association!
I walk for so many personal reasons. My best friend of over 50 years, Henry, had a Heart Attack on June 6th 2020, and had a lifesaving quadruple bypass that same day. He's doing amazing right now.
I walk for generations of my family who have had heart disease. I walk for my mother, who at 96, suffered a heart attack in August 2020, and is doing very well. My son-in-law Jonathan is also just fine after having a valve repair performed, and my close friend Drew, who we almost lost at the office (and thank god he was at the office when he had his attack), had a valve replacement and is doing great. I also walk in memory of my grandfather Papa Lou who died from heart disease, and my late father who died in April 2022 at the age of 98 after having his life extended in his 80's with stents.
So there are so many reasons to walk and so many reasons to continue to support the Heart Walk. I’m not just walking. I’m Heart-walking. My participation in Heart Walk promotes fun ways to be physically active and make healthier choices every day. Please help me reach this lifesaving goal of raising over $5,000 again by donating today. Together, we can make healthier, longer lives possible for everyone.
Thank you in advance for your support!
