My father suffered a heart attack in April 2018. After receiving 5 stents my father began his recovery. My family has enjoyed 6 healthy years since.

In 2019 I was the recipient of the Horizons Award through the American Heart Association. It was to acknowledge my work over the years. I was also a Long Island and national finalist for the American Heart Association Teen of Impact award. Our Dad's Heart team was named the highest grossing community based team in 2021 and 2023. Most recently, my book, aimed to educate young children about heart disease and cardiac health, is in it's final stages of editing, soon to be available online and in hospitals around the country.

We are so happy to be able to walk outside in September.

To date we have raised over $115,000 for the American Heart Association. We hope to add to that this year!
