Help me be a Heart Walk Hero!
A day came that I was never prepared for, on December 24, 2018 my Mother passed away. This was by far the hardest and worst moment/day of my life. My mother battled congestive heart failure (and many related conditions) to include high blood pressure for MANY years. She was and will ALWAYS be my HEART. In her Memory and in her Honor I have committed to help keep hearts beating across the country. Over the past 52 weeks (plus) I have committed to wearing RED on Friday to help raise awareness to heart disease & stroke. I have my own "GO RED" Friday every week!!!
I ask each of you to join our team and walk with us on October 21, 2023.
I encourage everyone to know and understand your family's medical history and to talk to your doctor about your heart health. It is all to often that we brush off a warning sign from our body. Don't delay, don't wait, and PLEASE don't ignore. If you haven't scheduled your annual physical and well check visit for 2023 please do so today!!!!! Your body and your family will THANK YOU.
Let's work together to keep hearts beating across America. Can I count on you?
PS
