We walk in solidarity with Team Leidos, in memory of Lauren Charles and in honor of my Mom who had hypotropic cardiomyapathy or HCM.
Lauren was a Leidos employee and past co-captain of the Leidos Women's Network Heart Walk Team who was murdered by her husband in 2021. She was beautiful, kind and intelligent and very passionate about her New Orleans Heritage! Walking in her honor is a way to promote her memory through our Second Line parade.
