As many of you know, this cause is very personal to me--my father, sister, brother and, most recently, my mother died from heart-related illness. In addition to my immediate family many friends and relatives has died due to heart-related illness. I suffer from Afib, and do not want to be yet another statistic. I walk because I know that with every step, I am saving lives.
