Since 2023, The Happy Hearts Foundation has been dedicated to supporting those affected by heart disease and cardiovascular illness. Our mission focuses on raising funds, increasing awareness, advocating for, and supporting individuals dealing with various heart conditions. Through fundraising, community events, and a true passion for making a difference, we aim to empower and assist individuals and families impacted by heart-related issues alongside some of the other issues near and dear to our hearts. My grandfather, Carmine Bonomo died of a heart attack on September 6, 2000. My grandmother, Rosemarie, lived without him for 20 years before she passed away from Pancreatic Cancer on November 26, 2020. It is my goal to encapsulate their lives and share their memory through my efforts to help people with heart disease across the world.
